How do I change my contact details?
If you need to change any other contact details on your account you can message our team or call us on 126. Message us
How do I change my postal address?
To change your postal address online fill out the Change billing address form. Go to Change billing address form
How do I transfer or take ownership of a Spark account?
First, we need the account holder to contact us and give us the authority to start the change in ownership.
If you're the account holder and want to transfer ownership, contact us and we'll add a note to your details about the change. From there the new owner can contact us, we can set up their account and get the services moved over. Contact us

How do I change the name on my bill?
The account description or trading name on your bill will only take a moment to update. But if you want to change the actual account name we'll need to open a new Spark business account which will also require a credit check.
