What is Xbox All Access?

With Xbox All Access, you take up either an Xbox Series X or an Xbox Series S console and get 24 months access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate – which includes over 100 high-quality games, and online multiplayer with Xbox Live Gold.

What is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate gives you a month-to-month subscription to unlimited access to over 100 high-quality games across PC, Console and mobile devices. It also includes all the online multiplayer benefits of Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Studios titles like Forza Motorsport and Starfield the day they release, new games added all the time and exclusive member deals and discounts.

All of our current Pay Monthly mobile or broadband plans (excluding Data Only plans) are eligible to add Xbox All Access.

How much is Xbox All Access?

Xbox All Access starts from a low monthly price of $40 /month for Xbox Series S and $56 /month for Xbox Series X over 24 months. Xbox All Access includes an Xbox Series S or X on interest free payments and 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate monthly subscription.

What you'll need to play games with Xbox All Access

  • Game catalogue: Included games will vary over time. Game download sizes and minimum recommended connection speeds will likely increase over time. View current Xbox game catalogue
  • Online play and downloads: Online play and access to games in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate service requires a high-quality internet connection with adequate data allowance.
  • Game downloads: You’ll need a large data allowance to be able to use the service. From the Xbox Series X launch, all or most of the games library will consist of the present library. The size of these games varies but averages around 20.6GB per game (as at April 2020).
  • TV: Game play requires a compatible TV (not included). To access 4K features, you'll need a compatible 4K TV and Xbox Series X or S console.
  • Internet connection: You’ll need fast broadband, with a minimum of 1.5Mbps download and 768Kbps upload speed, and a large data allowance. Streaming 4K Ultra HD content requires a download speed of 18-24Mbps. Internet Service Provider fees apply.    

Can I use my current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account?

If you have an existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account, you won't need to cancel it. When you activate your subscription as part of Xbox All Access with Spark, you can use your existing Game Pass Ultimate account details to login. All existing payment methods for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will be paused while you're paying via your Spark bill (for up to 36 months).

If you have time remaining in your existing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, as long as it's less than 12 months, this will be available for you to use once your 24 months has ended with Spark. If you've prepaid more than 12 months you'll need to wait until there's only 12 months left before you activate your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with Spark. Find out more on Xbox

How do I get billed for Xbox All Access?

Payment will be included in your monthly bill once your console is shipped or collected from a Spark Store.

Is a deposit or upfront payment required for Xbox All Access?

No, but you will need to pass a credit assessment before Xbox All Access is added to your account.  If you do not pass this assessment, your order for Xbox All Access will not be processed.

How long am I committed to Xbox All Access?

Xbox All Access is a 24 month bundle. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a monthly subscription and your chosen console (Series S or Series X) is a monthly interest free payment over the 24 months.

Can I pay for just the Xbox Series S or Series X console with Spark?

No. You can find a list of retailers who sell the consoles directly on the Xbox website. Go to Xbox

Can I pay for just the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription with Spark?

No. You can only get the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription by itself directly from Xbox. Go to Xbox

Can I set up parental controls?

Each Xbox console has a range of safety features that let you control what kind of content your family members can access based on the content’s recommended age. You can use these age settings to control a child’s access to specifically rated games, movies, TV shows, and music. Content restrictions also control what your child can see and purchase in the Microsoft Store. You can also enable web filtering to determine what websites children can visit, as well as an “Ask a parent” option which enables parents to control purchases in the Microsoft Store.

You must be on a Spark broadband or Pay Monthly Mobile plan and will need fast broadband with a large data allowance.

The $40 monthly price for Xbox Series S comprises of $21.01 for the console (totalling $504.24) and $18.99 for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

The $56 monthly price for Xbox Series X comprises of $37.01 for the console (totalling $888.24) and $18.99 for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

If you end your Spark broadband, mobile or Xbox All Access plan before the 24 month interest free term ends, all outstanding payments for the console must be paid immediately and the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be cancelled.
