If you already have a MySpark username and password, there’s nothing you need to do – those same details are also your Spark ID.

But creating a new Spark ID is simple. It only takes a couple of minutes.

The first thing you need to enter is an email address. This will be your Spark ID username.

Next, you need to create a password. It needs to be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 number. The usual common sense advice also applies – aim for a password that’s easy for you to remember but difficult for anybody else to guess.

Once your password’s done, we just need your first and last name. Or, if you’re setting up a Spark ID for your business, tap the link at the bottom of the screen to enter the business name instead.

Almost done now. We’ll send you an email to confirm your new Spark ID. Just click on the link in the email and that’s it – you’re good to go.

When you sign in to the new MySpark for the first time, just make sure you’re using the right details.

If you already use MySpark, or you’ve just set up a new Spark ID, sign in with your username and password.

But if you normally use MyMobile, you’ll need to sign in with your mobile number and password instead.

Or, if you prefer, you can also sign in with your Facebook or Google account details.

Heading to MySpark for the first time? Then there won’t be much to see other than your name. But you can soon change that! Just click on the + icon at the top of the page to start adding your plans and accounts.

If you normally use MyMobile to sign in then things will look a bit different too. But all the usual information – like your usage and plan details – will be ready and waiting for you.

For regular MySpark users there are no major changes – all your existing plans and accounts will be where you’d expect to find them.

And if you want to add more plans – like a family member’s or your work mobile – just click on the plus sign to get started.

If you have up to 3 accounts already linked to MySpark you can see a summary of each one at the top of the page. Click on the summary for the full details.

Big MySpark users – those of you who manage more than 3 accounts – will also see a few changes. A summary of each account is now listed in alphabetical order. Again, just click on any of the summaries to see the full account details.

Once you’ve signed in to MySpark, click (or tap) on the + icon at the top of the page.

Then, enter the mobile, landline or Spark account number you want to add and follow the simple instructions.

To get full access to a plan or account so you can make changes to it, you’ll need the Spark account number. So make sure you have this handy before you start.

Otherwise, you can add a mobile number just so you can check the usage. It’s handy if, for example you have a work phone you want to keep an eye on, or you have kids with phones and you want to keep track of their usage.

In a few cases, you might also be asked for a password or 4 digit PIN. This is different from your MySpark password – it’s basically another level of security that helps keep your account details safe. But if you’ve forgotten it, no problem. Call us on 123 or chat with us online and we can sort it out for you.
