It's easy to text overseas

To send a text overseas simply follow these steps:

  1. Enter the country code for the country you're texting to
  2. Enter the mobile prefix (without the zero)
  3. Enter the mobile number you want to text

For example, if you're texting someone who lives in Australia, whose mobile number is '444 123 4567' you simply dial:

0061
(the country code for Australia)
- 444
(the mobile prefix without the zero)
- 1234567
(the rest of their mobile number)

On the XT network the 00 can be replaced with the + sign

+61
(the country code for Australia)
- 444
(the mobile prefix without the zero)
- 1234567
(the rest of their mobile number)
