Top up my mobile

You can use the Spark app to top up your Prepaid mobile pack, or another Spark Prepaid mobile number.

To top up your Spark Prepaid mobile

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in or register to access your account
3. On the Billing screen, you'll see the option to top up your Prepaid pack
4. On the line you want to top up, choose Top up
5. Choose an amount between $10 and $100
6. Select a payment method. You can use a voucher or debit/credit card to top up.
7. If you have saved a payment method in the app, it's already selected. Tap Change to use a different payment method.

Top up another Prepaid mobile

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in or register to access your account
3. Go to the Products tab
4. Scroll down and select Top up another Prepaid mobile
5. Enter the Prepaid mobile number you'd like to top up
   
6. Scroll left to right to select a top up amount between $10 and $100
   1. If you're using a voucher, select Use a voucher instead 
   2. Enter the mobile number to top up
   3. Enter the voucher code
   4. Slide to pay
   5. The voucher credit amount will be added to the mobile number
7. You can choose one of your saved credit/debit cards, add a new credit/debit card, or pay using POLi Pay
8. Once you've chosen the top up amount and payment method, slide to pay

Set up auto top up for your Prepaid pack.

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in or register to access your account
3. On the Billing screen, tap the message about your balance
4. You'll see the option to set an auto top up if you haven't already
5. Choose an amount between $10 and $100
6. Choose whether you'd like to top up every 4 weeks or when your balance is low
7. If you have saved a payment method in the app, it's already selected. Tap Change to use a different payment method.
8. Review and confirm the auto top up

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in to access your account
3. On the Billing screen, you'll see the option to manage your existing auto top up
4. Choose Edit or Cancel auto top up

Top up your mobile data, minutes or text with an extra.

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in or register to access your account
3. On the Usage screen, you'll see the option to buy an extra if your data, minutes or texts are running low. To buy an extra at any time, tap the message about your usage.
4. Select Buy pack or extra
5. Tap on the card to see more details about the pack/extra
6. Tap Buy or buy again on the extra you want
7. Follow the steps to pay for the extra
8. You can choose whether to auto renew the extra when it expires
9. You'll get a text message to let you know when your extra is ready to use

Set up auto renew

You can choose to auto renew your extras.

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in to access your account
3. On the Products screen, select your Prepaid line
4. Scroll down to Auto renew
5. Choose Set up
6. Tick the box next to auto renew

Change or cancel auto renew

1. In the app, tap the menu button and choose MySpark from the menu
2. Sign in to access your account
3. On the Products screen, choose the line with the auto renew
4. Choose Edit or Cancel auto renew
