Overall Eligibility:

• By participating in this Competition (the "Competition"), you confirm that you accept and agree to these Competition Terms.
• The Promoter of this Competition is Spark New Zealand Limited ("Spark")
• This Competition is open to all Spark Prepaid customers (including Value Pack customers) who top up $20 or more during the Competition Period.
• Every Top up of $20 or more will result in one entry into the Competition and every top up of $20 or more on our website or app will result in two entries (credit card or debit card transactions only, no vouchers).
• All customers that pay using our Auto Pay and Auto Top Up services will automatically go in the draw twice, regardless of the amount of their top up.
• This Competition is not open to employees of Spark, its agents, contractors, consultants, or their families (including de facto spouses) or to other persons assisting with this Competition
• You could win more than one prize.

Sony Mobile and Entertainment Package prize draw:

• This Competition commences on 1 April 2015 and ends midnight on 30 June 2015 ("Competition Period").
• The two winners of the Sony Mobile and Entertainment Packages will be selected randomly by Spark and notified by phone on 15 July 2015.

Monthly prize draws

• Monthly prize draw Competition Periods:
  • 1 – 30 April: winners contacted 14 May 2015
  • 1 – 31 May: winners contacted 15 June 2015
  • 1 – 30 June: winners contacted 15 July 2015
• All top ups of $20 or more in each month are eligible for entry into draw that month, as well as the overall Sony prize draw, and will be selected randomly by Spark.
• The total prize pool available includes (“Prizes”):

• Credit Perks are in addition to any Extra, Value Pack or Top Up Perk you may already have.
• Credit Prizes will automatically be applied to the winning accounts and will expire 12 months from the date they are credited.
• Spark will make reasonable attempts to contact the Prize winners, but if the winners are not able to be contacted or are unable to redeem the Prize in accordance with the terms and conditions within two weeks from the first contact attempt; the Prize winner will be redrawn in his or her place without liability to any person.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Spark accepts no responsibility or liability for any Prize winner’s enjoyment of any Prize or any other costs and expenses that may be incurred by the Prize winner relating to the Prize or the winner’s enjoyment of that Prize.
• Accepting a Prize constitutes the winner's consent to Spark to using their name, city/town of residence, competition entry and/or photographs for Competition or publicity purposes without compensation.
• The decisions of Spark on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Spark reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the Prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. Spark reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of an equivalent value, acting reasonably, and extend the competition.
• To the extent permitted by law, Spark excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
• Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Spark in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
• By engaging in this Competition, you understand and agree that you are providing your information to Spark and not to Facebook, and that Facebook is in no way responsible or liable to you for anything arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, your involvement with this Competition.
