MOBILE NETWORK - PLANNED WORK

We’ll be making some changes to the Mobile network today in the following regions. Outage times vary between regions. Please see below for further timings

   

  • Canterbury, Waimakariri (between 1am – 6am)
  • Otago, Airedale (between 9am – 5pm)
  • Auckland, Patumahoe (between 7am – 6pm)
  • Canterbury, Waitaki - Quailburn (between 7am – 6pm)
  • Waikato, Te Awamutu (between 7.30am – 6.30pm) 
  • Waikato, Hamilton (between 9am – 3pm)
  • Auckland, Waimauku (between 9am – 6pm)
  • Canterbury, Waitaki - Big Hill (between 12pm – 5pm) 
  • Auckland, Takapuna - North Shore Hospital (between 10pm – 6am)
  • Auckland, Piha (between 7am – 6pm)

Customers may experience connectivity issues or a “No Service” message on their mobile during this time

  • Auckland, Waimauku (between 9am – 6pm)
  • Auckland, Piha (between 10pm – 6am)
