MOBILE NETWORK - PLANNED WORK

Friday 12th February

We’ll be making some changes to the Mobile network today in the following regions. Outage times vary between regions. Please see below for further timings

  • Waikato, Te Mapara  (between 6am – 6pm)
  • Canterbury, Taitapu (between 6am –6pm)
  • Canterbury, Burnham (between 7am – 6pm)
  • Auckland Central (between 9am – 4pm)
  • Auckland, Manukau- Clover Park (between 5pm – 5pm 13/2)

Customers may experience connectivity issues or a “No Service” message on their mobile during this time

 

Saturday 13th February

We’ll be making some changes to the Mobile network today in the following regions. Outage times vary between regions. Please see below for further timings

  • Manawatu, Feilding (between 6am – 6pm)
  • Taranaki, New Plymouth, Okato (between 6am – 6pm)
  • Tasman Region, Tasman (between 8am – 6pm)
  • Auckland, Remuera (between 8am – 5pm 14/02)
  • Canterbury, Lincoln University (between 6am – 6pm 14/2)
  • Auckland, Glen Innes (between 10am – 4pm)
  • Canterbury, West Melton (between 7am – 6pm 14/2)

iPhone BANNER SCAM

Spark has become aware that there are a couple of adverting banners on the internet at the moment, which has been created by fraudsters claiming to be Spark.  These scammers are advising that Spark NZ had selected you to trial iPhone 7, or Spark is celebrating the New Year with giveaways and asking our customers for personal information, such as bank account or credit card details. These advertising banners on the internet are not from Spark and we ask you not to open any similar links.  If you have questions or concerns about these scam, you can email us at scamhelp@spark.co.nz
