For Endless Mobile: Only available on selected Business Endless Mobile Plans max speeds reduced after 40GB per line to 1.2 Mbps, this will impact your experience. No tethering or hotspots unless you buy a Hotspot extra. Hotspot extra usage counts towards total data usage and max speeds are reduced after 40GB to 1.2 Mbps. Unlimited SMS person-to-person messages to NZ & Australia numbers only and exclude MMS (e.g., picture messaging) and non-data video calling. Spark and Microsoft 365 terms apply.

Our expert team can help you upgrade from the Business Standard plan or you can simply apply for a different licence. You'll still be credited the half price discount for the Business Standard plan for 12 months.

Yes, you can add or remove as many licences as you require, however you'll only receive the half price offer credit for the matching number of eligible Business Endless Mobile Plans.

New licences can be added through the Spark Cloud Marketplace by the customer, their IT provider, an IT partner or via an email to appstore@spark.co.nz

Yes, Microsoft 365 for business requires you to have a domain.

Microsoft 365 has minimum requirements to operate:

Updates may require additional storage over time.

For a better experience with video calls and online meetings, we recommend using a computer that has a 2.0 GHz processor and 4.0 GB RAM (or higher). The optional Blur my background video effect requires a processor with Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) support.

Microsoft Teams requires a USB 2.0 video camera, a microphone, and an audio-output device in order to utilize its full range of calling and meeting features.

Teams live events:

If you are producing a Teams live events, we recommend using a computer that has a Core i5 Kaby Lake processor, 4.0 GB RAM (or higher) and hardware encoder.

The cost of your Microsoft 365 plans will show up on your Spark bill under Cloud Marketplace.

Once the 12-month period ends, billing for the service will continue, but the the Microsoft 365 monthly credit will no longer be applied.

A maximum of 100 licences applies.

Yes, you can. Once you have signed up and moved your tenancy and subscriptions to the Spark Cloud Marketplace, then you need to cancel your subscriptions with Microsoft. Microsoft will then credit you the value of your remaining subscription term.

Note: you will need to cancel your direct subscription with Microsoft once you have moved tenancy or risk being charged twice. Information on cancelling via Microsoft
