We recently got in touch with Spark customers that had activated their Putti Web subscription that part of our partnership with Putti Apps had ended, which means we’re no longer offering a website service as part of our small business plans. Further to this we now have to advise customers that Putti has decided to end their website service altogether.

That means customers will need to transfer to a new provider by 31st March 2018. Otherwise they will be left without a website.

We know how important it is for a business to stay digital, so to help make things easy, we’ve sorted a special offer with New Zealand website builders Rocketspark

Here's what you'll get:

  • Website migration
  • A 30-day free trial
  • 50% off for any Rocketspark plan for six months
  • Plans start from $39 + GST per month
  • A one year free domain for new registrations
  • Free online classes
  • And a website review

If this sounds like something that could work for you and your business, just head to and the team at Rocketspark will take it from there. Or feel free to have a look at other providers who can help you with your site.

What is happening and why?

All good things must come to an end, and Spark and Putti have decided to further extend the end our partnership and close down the web service. To make this easier on you, we’ve found a NZ success story in Rocketspark who are specialists in web building to give you an option to move your website too.

From 31 March 2018, Putti will no longer offer their web only service. We're therefore contacting customers who have this service to let them know that they will need to move their website to an alternative provider.

What will happen to my website on 31 March 2018?

On 31 March 2018 the Spark/Putti CMS and the Putti CMS for Web Only customers will no longer be available as a service.  This means that your website will be disabled, if you have not taken steps to transfer it to a new provider.

Before this date, you need to have migrated to another provider or taken a copy of your site content – images, wording settings and history -  will be deleted.

I still need my website! What should I do? Can I save my content, my images and copy?

Don't worry, it's possible for you to transfer your website to a new provider. You will need to take a few steps to do this – but the end result should be a website that looks and feels exactly like your current one.
