Find out how to set a web conference up, how much it will cost and what software you’ll need to have running on your computer.

Getting started

To host a Cisco WebEx Meeting Centre Conference you’ll need a user ID and a password. You can request these using our online form, or contact one of our sales team by email or phone 0800 656 577.

It’s FREE to be set-up with a User ID and Password, you only need to do this once, and it remains active until you advise us to terminate the account. We recommend that you have a separate login for everyone in your organisation who initiates a web conference so that you can identify who the charges belong to and customise your user settings. You will only be charged per minute per participant for what you use.

Once you have received your account confirmation email follow the instructions to log into your account via the web-based portal . From here you are able to manage your Cisco WebEx Meeting Centre account, schedule meetings, listen to recordings, and much more.

To join a Cisco WebEx Web Conference which has been initiated by another user, follow the instructions on the meeting invite and then follow the on screen prompts that will appear in your browser.

How much does it cost?

MeetingCisco WebEx Meeting Centre, offered by Spark costs $0.60 (excluding GST) per minute, per participant. This is payable by the Cisco WebEx Meeting Centre account holder. Costs will be billed to your nominated Spark account.

There are no hardware costs, ongoing monthly rentals and no set-up fees - you only pay for what you use.

All  CiscoWebEx Meeting Centre charges will be billed to the line number associated with the user ID which initiated the conference. Charging begins when each participant joins the meeting, until they leave.

Analyse your web conferencing costs online using Cost Manager.

You will not be charged to record your Cisco WebEx Meeting Centre web conference, but if you are using our integrated audio conferencing platform you will charged for the audio portion .

An internet connection is required, so an ISP joining and usage fee may apply.

Spark's standard Terms and Conditions apply, as well as the Cisco WebEx Terms of Service which will prevail in case of any inconsistencies.
