All Spark customers who purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 from Spark at launch, or who currently hold a replacement Note 7 from Spark are entitled to a full refund of the amount they have paid for their Note 7. This includes the following options:

Yes, following advice of a global recall from Samsung, we have stopped selling the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and are requesting customers who own a Galaxy Note 7 device to immediately back up, turn off the device, and follow these instructions to receive an alternative device or refund. Please remember to also unmount and remove your SD card.
Samsung recommend using Smart Switch to backup your data prior to returning your Note 7. Please also remember to remove your SD Card; if the SD card is encrypted, please ensure to decrypt prior to removing the SD card from your Note 7.
Eligible customers who choose to exchange their Note 7 device for an alternative Samsung device will be entitled to keep their $300 account credit split monthly over the term of their plan. This offer will not be available in conjunction with any other marketing offers.
Customer who choose to exchange their Note 7 for a non-Samsung device will not be eligible to keep their $300 account credit.
If you opt to receive a refund, you will only receive the amount you have paid for your Note 7. If you choose to swap to an alternative device, then the amount of phone subsidy will depend on the device you choose and the mobile plan you sign up to. The amount you have paid for on your Note 7 will transfer as an account credit for your new device.
