Business continuity hub

This offer is available to Spark Business customers on a Business Unlimited mobile plan, excluding Enterprise, Franchise and Affiliates customers. If you already have a Xero subscription, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to be eligible for the three month Xero subscription offer. Accordingly, the three month Xero offer cannot be redeemed by customers on a Xero Premium subscription with both Xero Payroll and Projects add-ons.

Eligible customers will get:

  • A three month Xero subscription on us.
  • A one hour one-to-one consultation with a Xero specialist. The consultation is designed to help customers get the most from Xero's software.

All eligible customers can redeem a Xero consultation. If you already have a Xero subscription, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to be eligible for the three month Xero subscription offer. Accordingly, the three month Xero offer cannot be redeemed by customers on a Xero Premium subscription with both Xero Payroll and Projects add-ons.

No, you don’t have to be a Xero subscriber or take an upgrade to have a Xero consultation. Some business customers may choose to have a consultation to help them understand if Xero is right for them.

Customers who purchase a Spark Business Unlimited mobile plan, will automatically be sent an email with a promo code and instructions for redeeming their three month Xero subscription on Xero’s website.  If you already have a Business Unlimited mobile plan, please call 0800 BUSINESS or call your local Spark Business Hub to get your promo code.  

 

After three months you’ll automatically roll onto a paid subscription with Xero, unless you cancel your subscription prior. Note that Xero require thirty days to effect a cancellation. If you do not cancel, you’ll be charged the monthly rate of the subscription tier you’ve selected.

Customers who purchase a Spark Business Unlimited mobile plan will automatically be sent an email with a promo code and instructions for booking a consultation on our website. If you already have a Business Unlimited mobile plan, please call 0800 BUSINESS or call your local Spark Business Hub to get your promo code.

Customers can use their promo code to redeem the three month Xero offer once, and the personalised consultation once.

 Consultations are available to be booked virtually via video call.

Xero customers can change their pricing plan at any time, provided they've been on the plan for a minimum of thirty days. Step-by-step instructions and more details are available on Xero Central. Go to Xero Central

If you want to cancel your subscription, you'll need to do so thirty days in advance of the three month paid subscription period's ending to avoid being charged the monthly rate of the subscription tier you’ve selected.
