Recharge terms and conditions - Retired

The Recharge by Spark benefits are available to new and existing Spark Business customers that have 100 or fewer full-time employees. To receive a benefit:

(a) the account holder, general manager or owner must complete the registration form available on spark.co.nz/forms/sign-up-recharge/; and

(b) you must redeem it/them by 30 June 2021.

Certain benefits have additional specific eligibility criteria and terms – these are stated below.

Les Mills

12 Week Programme

  • The person who redeems this offer shall receive six email newsletters, one per fortnight for 12 weeks, featuring short-form exercise instructions, tips and information.
  • Consult your doctor before using this programme and follow their advice. You can choose to cancel your email subscription to the 12 week programme at any time.

On Demand four week free trial

  • The person who redeems this offer shall receive four weeks’ access to Les Mills On Demand.
  • You are not eligible for this benefit if you are an existing Les Mills On Demand subscriber or have previously had a Les Mills On Demand trial.
  • At the end of the free trial, you will automatically roll onto a paid monthly subscription, unless you suspend before the end of your trial. If you cancel at least one day before your On Demand four-week trial is due to end you will not be charged. Going forward, you will be charged the standard monthly fee, which is currently $29.99.
  • In order to receive this benefit, you will need to create a Les Mills On Demand account and will be required to provide your credit card details.

Two week club trial:

  • The person who redeems this offer shall receive access to any Les Mills New Zealand club for two consecutive weeks.
  • You are not eligible for this benefit if you are:
    • not a New Zealand resident; or
    • an existing member; or
    • an ex-member and have terminated your membership within the last or
    • have had a Les Mills club trial less than three months from the date you redeemed that trial.
  • Trial is non-transferrable and not available in conjunction with any other Les Mills promotion and is not exchangeable for cash. Additional fees apply for Personal Training.
  • The two week club trial is available to be activated during NZ Covid Alert Level 1. If your region’s Covid Alert level increases after you have activated your trial, the trial will be paused and reactivated upon your region’s return to Covid Alert Level 1.

Take a Breath

  • The person who redeems this offer will receive a voucher code, which can be redeemed for Take a Breath subscription. This subscription will be valid for 12 months, beginning on 28 February 2021.
  • Use of the voucher code when registering on the Take a Breath platform will grant you access from the date you register until 28 February 2022.
  • This benefit is only available to Spark Business customers with fewer than 30 employees
  • Take a Breath may share the details of those who have redeemed the voucher code with Spark for authentication purposes.

Recharge Food Box

  • The person who redeems this offer shall receive a food box containing 1 x No Ugly Sleep, 1 x No Ugly Focus, Woop Muesli Mix, Woop Banana Oat Pancake Mix, Tom & Luke Snack Balls (140g), Tom & Luke Snack Balls (70g), Tom & Luke Immunity Boost Blendabombs, Serious Popcorn (Sea Salt) 70g, Serious Popcorn (Sweet and Salty) 20g, Serious Seeds (Smoked Paprika).
  • Snack boxes are limited to 1,500. Accordingly, only the first 1,500 valid registration will receive a Recharge Food Box - confirmation of registration will be provided via email. If you do not receive an email, you are not one of the first 1,500 registrations.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to deliver boxes in a timely manner, but boxes may take up to six weeks to arrive based on availability, stock and delivery address.
Woop Food Box
  • This voucher can be used on any Woop Box. Only valid for new household addresses for their first Woop box. When using this voucher, you are signed up to an ongoing weekly subscription. You can pause your subscription in your online account by Monday midnight prior to your next delivery.
  •  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Cannot be redeemed for cash.
  •  Only valid within our delivery areas: Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings and Rotorua.
