Contact Centre Careers

We have around 1,500 people across 15 virtual and physical contact centres in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. We're diverse in our backgrounds but have a common goal to provide our customers with great service, and have a great time while doing so.

Our contact centre roles are particularly interesting because of the sheer variety of calls, the complexity of the services offered, and breadth and depth of solutions available to help our customers connect with our world.

As you gain skills and seek greater complexity, there are opportunities to move across contact centres as well as into management, marketing, training design and delivery or specialist contact centre positions like rostering or forecasting as well as into other areas across the Telecom group of companies.

Previous experience in a contact centre is not necessary. Many of our people come from retail, hospitality or other customer service backgrounds; these skills are easily transferable to our contact centre environments.
