Thanks to everyone playing their part, we’re down to level 2. Most Spark stores are now open and ready to help with all your mobile, broadband and tech needs. So here’s an update on what to expect if you visit our stores and some helpful tips on getting the most from your mobile.

So we’ve added some additional measures in-store, like getting contact details for potential contact tracing and asking that our customers shop two metres apart. Remember, there’s heaps of ways to pay your Spark bill without heading in store. Keep it all online with MySpark and the Spark App. Pay with debit or credit card, online banking and more – all from the comfort of your home.

We’re dedicated to keeping you connected. So if you’re experiencing financial hardship, we may have options available. We’ve extended our support package to 30 June and are continuing to waive late payment fees and remove overage charges for customers on data-capped broadband plans.
