When you sign up to an eligible broadband or mobile plan, you need to activate your Spark Sport offer in MySpark. This tells Spark which Spark Sport account to link to your Spark plan.
Important: Existing Spark Sport subscriptions
If you have an existing Spark Sport account, you don't need to cancel it. You can use your existing Spark Sport details when you activate, and this will link it to your Spark plan. This means you'll stop being billed for your existing Spark Sport account separately from when you complete the activation process. We'll then credit any double charges you incur from the time you added Spark Sport to your Spark account.
If you have purchased Spark Sport subscription only (not as a Sport Bundle) and don’t activate your subscription by the end of your first monthly subscription period, we’ll cancel your subscription. You won’t be credited for any charges incurred.
