Redeem a Rugby World Cup voucher

Certain Spark customers are eligible for a voucher that gives them a Spark Sport Rugby World Cup 2019 Tournament Pass. View eligibility and terms for these offers

How to find your voucher number?

By email
You may have received an email sent to the email address you use for Spark. This will contain the voucher number and has steps to redeem the voucher from Spark Sport.

In MySpark
You can also find the voucher number by signing in to your MySpark account in the Spark Sport section. Go to MySpark

How to redeem your Tournament Pass voucher?

  1. Go to the Rugby World Cup 2019 Tournament Pass page on Spark Sport. Go to Spark Sport
    • Existing Spark Sport customers: Log In with your details, then scroll down the page to select Buy Now Tournament Pass.
    • New Spark Sport customers: Scroll down the page, select Buy Now and fill in your details to create an account.
  2. In the Billing Details section, you'll be asked to enter your New Zealand credit card information however, your card won't be charged.
  3. Enter your voucher number in the voucher field to ensure your pass will be free.
  4. Select Apply
  5. Select Buy now
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email from Spark Sport once done.
  7. Check your device and internet connection are ready for streaming. You can do this by watching historic Rugby World Cup action. Watch archive

    Note: can be accessed on Safari, Chrome or Firefox browsers. Internet Explorer is not supported which means a blank page will appear.

If you've already bought a Tournament Pass

How long can I access and watch content for?
If you purchase a Tournament Pass, you will get access to all 48 matches live. On demand coverage will be available for 30 days after each match.
