Find out how to activate and manage Netflix with Spark.

How do I activate Netflix?

Spark app

  1. Open the Spark app
  2. Select MySpark from the Menu and sign in if you are asked to
    Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
  3. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
  4. Select Netflix Standard
  5. Follow the steps to activate Netflix Standard. To complete the activation of Netflix Standard you'll be taken to the Netflix website to sign-in or create an account.

MySpark

  1. Sign in to MySpark
    Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
  2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
  3. Select Netflix Standard
  4. Follow the steps to activate Netflix Standard. To complete the activation of Netflix Standard you'll be taken to the Netflix website to sign-in or create an account.

    Note: Some internet browsers may block the redirect to Netflix. If you’re having issues getting to the Netflix website to complete your activation, you’ll need to enable pop-ups on your browser or use the Spark app.

If you have an existing Netflix account, you won't need to cancel it. You can sign in with your existing account during activation. This means you'll stop being billed for your existing Netflix account separately when you complete the activation process, unless you pay through your Apple account. If you're paying through your Apple account, you will need to cancel your subscription once you have activated your Netflix with Spark.

How do I download the Netflix app?

Download the app and sign in with your Netflix account details.

How do I change my Netflix plan?

Spark App

  1. Open the Spark App
  2. Select MySpark from the Menu and sign in, if required
    Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
  3. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
  4. Select your current Netflix subscription
  5. Select Change to Netflix Premium or Change to Netflix Standard
    Note: The option that shows is dependent on what Netflix plan you're currently subscribed to
  6. Follow the steps to change to your Netflix plan.

MySpark

  1. Sign in to MySpark
    Note: If you don't have a MySpark account yet, you can follow these steps to create one. Set up and use MySpark
  2. Select Subscriptions under the Products section
  3. Select your current Netflix subscription
  4. Select Change to Netflix Premium or Change to Netflix Standard
    Note: The option that shows is dependent on what Netflix plan you're currently subscribed to
  5. Follow the steps to change to your Netflix plan.

You can also change your Netflix plan from your Netflix Account page. Go to Netflix

Can I keep Netflix when I change plans?

  • If you’re changing across Spark broadband plans with Netflix Standard included, then your details will remain with your existing Spotify account. If you have changed to Netflix Premium, you will continue to subscribe to Netflix Premium on your new plan.
  • If you’re changing to a Spark broadband plan that doesn't include Netflix Standard, your Netflix (Standard and Premium) will be cancelled as soon as the order to connect your new plan completes.

How do I cancel Netflix?

Netflix with Spark can't be cancelled or removed from a plan that includes it. Check out our broadband plans for other plan options if you no longer need a plan that includes Netflix Standard. View Spark broadband plans

How do I cancel my Netflix payment through my Apple account?

If you're paying for Netflix through your Apple account, you will need to cancel your subscription once you have activated your Netflix with Spark. Go to Cancel Netflix with Apple
