These Spark mobile plans are available for Spark business customers only.
The Spark Business Team Unlimited Plans are group plans. Customers must always have a minimum of five (5) Users under their account on this plan – each are a “User”. In the event there are less than five Users on this plan Spark will contact you to move all Users to a more appropriate plan. Early termination fees apply to all 24 month term plans.

We offer this plan on both open term and fixed term of 24 months. If you have chosen the 24 month fixed term plan and choose to leave within your minimum term, you will be charged an early termination fee. The monthly cost of the plan varies depending on whether you’ve chosen an open term or a fixed term plan.
Machine to machine services, tethering, mobile hotspots or any other similar activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage is prohibited (“Prohibited Usage”). If we consider you or any User are engaging in Prohibited Usage we may ask you to stop such usage and, if it continues, remove your subscription immediately with notice.
Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse or interference with our network. Spark reserves the right to remove the offer or the plan from the market and recommend migration to the best alternative plan in accordance with our standard terms.
Pay Monthly customers who have a minimum term and want to move to any open term plan, including “Spark Unlimited Mobile Plan”, will have to pay any applicable disconnection fees.

What does Unlimited Data mean?
With the Spark Unlimited Mobile plan, you will receive unlimited talk (NZ & AUS), unlimited text (NZ & AUS) and unlimited data (NZ only) for your mobile. Unlimited NZ data means you can browse the web, stream content, upload, download and play games. While there are no caps on how much data you use, after 40GB of data usage, Spark will reduce the maximum speed for the remainder of the billing cycle. Tethering and mobile hotspot use is prohibited and unlimited data is for use on mobile devices only.
Who is eligible for the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan?
Spark business customers who take at least 5 or more connections on this plan.
Are there any rules about what I can stream, or how I can use my data?
With the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan, you can browse the Web, stream content, upload, download and play games. After 40GB of data usage, Spark will reduce the maximum speed for the remainder of the billing cycle. What this means in practice is while you will still be able to use your data like you did before, however you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images. The actual data speed you achieve is dependent on several factors, including distance to the cell tower site.
Why does Spark exclude tethering and hotspots?
To protect the data experience for all customers on our network, the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan does not include mobile hotspot/tethering by default.
How will you know if I’m tethering or hotspotting?
Is the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan compatible with tablets?
No, the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan is restricted for mobile use only, and cannot be used on any other device, including SIM enabled tablets, t-sticks, hotspots, or modems.
What if I put my SIM into one of your Spark wireless modems or t-stick?
Can I share my Unlimited plan allocations: data, text and minutes?
The Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan is a stand-alone plan so Unlimited Companion plans can't be added to this plan; therefore, no plan allocations can be shared with any other user. Prohibited use of tethering and hotspots also means that sharing data via these means is restricted, unless you purchase a Hotspot Extra.
Can business customers get Lightbox?
Lightbox standard plan on the Spark Unlimited Mobile plan is for personal use only. Lightbox terms apply, for personal use only (no commercial use or further distribution). The Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan does not come with any Lightbox inclusions.
Is there a Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan option for Term customers?

What if a term customer wants to transfer to the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan?
Pay Monthly customers who have a minimum term and want to move to any open term plan, including Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan, will have to pay disconnection fees before connecting to an open term plan. Refer to our Schedule of Disconnection Fees and Termination Charges.

I'm on a Wireless Broadband plan, can I get unlimited mobile data?
No, the Spark Business Team Unlimited Mobile plan is not designed to replace home broadband. Tethering and hotspot use is prohibited, and data speeds will be monitored and may vary. Wireless Broadband provides a more suitable level of service to support the way customers use the internet at home.
