Terms for Business Team Endless Mobile Plan and Business Team Endless 24 Month Term Plan

These Spark mobile plans are available for Spark business customers only.

The Spark Business Team Endless Plans are group plans. Customers must always have a minimum of four (4) Users under their account on this plan – each are a “User”. In the event there are less than four Users on this plan Spark will contact you to move all Users to a more appropriate plan. Early termination fees apply to all 24 month term plans.  

These plans include the following:

  • Data: Endless data for NZ use on mobile only for each User. Excludes Roaming data. Max speeds reduce to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after max speed allowance exceeded per User per billing cycle. You'll still be able to use your data like you did before but you will experience some degradation such as lower video resolution when watching video, streaming or loading images.
  • Calls & SMS: Each User will get unlimited calls and SMS to standard NZ and Australian numbers, you need to be texting another person. Excludes premium and special numbers and roaming. Unlimited SMS include person-to-person messages to NZ and Australian numbers only and excludes MMS (e.g. picture messaging) and non-data video calling.

Contract Term 

We offer this plan on both open term and fixed term of 24 months. If you have chosen the 24 month fixed term plan and choose to leave within your minimum term, you will be charged an early termination fee. The monthly cost of the plan varies depending on whether you’ve chosen an open term or a fixed term plan.

Prohibited Usage
Machine to machine services, tethering, mobile hotspots or any other similar activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage is prohibited (“Prohibited Usage”). If we consider you or any User are engaging in Prohibited Usage we may ask you to stop such usage and, if it continues, remove your subscription immediately with notice. 

Network Management
Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse or interference with our network. Spark reserves the right to remove the offer or the plan from the market and recommend migration to the best alternative plan in accordance with our Business General Terms.

Plan Transfer
Business customers who have a minimum term and want to move to any open term plan, including Business Endless Mobile Plan, will have to pay any applicable disconnection fees.

What does the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan include?

Each plan includes:

  • Endless Data – NZ data only
  • Unlimited Talk – NZ & AUS
  • Unlimited SMS– NZ & AUS
  • Includes: 1GB WiFi/day
  • Excludes: subsidy (on open term plans), tethering and hotspots (unless you buy a Hotspot extra or if Hotspt data is included in your plan)

What does Endless Data mean?

With the Business Endless Mobile Plan, you will receive unlimited talk (NZ & AUS), unlimited SMS (NZ & AUS) and endless data (NZ only) for your mobile. Endless NZ data means you can browse the web, stream content, upload, download and play games. While there are no caps on how much data you use, speeds reduce to 1.2Mbps after max speed data allowance is exceeded for the remainder of the billing cycle. Tethering and mobile hotspot use is prohibited and endless data is for use on mobile devices only.

Who is eligible for the Business Team Endless Mobile plan?

Business customers who take at least four or more connections on this plan.

Are there any rules about what I can stream, or how I can use my data?

With the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan, you can browse the Web, stream content, upload, download and play games. Speeds reduce to 1.2Mbps after max speed data allowance is exceeded for the remainder of the billing cycle. What this means in practice is you will still be able to use your data like you did before, however you will experience some degradation (such as lower video resolution) when watching video, streaming or loading images. The actual data speed you achieve is dependent on several factors, including distance to the cell tower site.

Why does Spark exclude tethering and hotspots?

To protect the data experience for all customers on our network, the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan only includes mobile hotspot/tethering if you buy a Hotspot extra or if Hotspot data is included in your plan.

How will you know if I’m tethering or hotspotting?

Spark reserves the right to monitor data usage and customer volumes, to ensure customers are complying with our terms of use. Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for misuse, or interference with our network.

Is the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan compatible with tablets?

No, the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan is restricted for mobile use only, and cannot be used on any other device, including SIM enabled tablets, t-sticks, hotspots, or modems.

What if I put my SIM into one of your Spark wireless modems or t-stick?

The Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan is restricted for mobile use only. Spark reserves the right to monitor data usage and customer volumes, to ensure customers are complying with terms of use. Service may be slowed, suspended, terminated, or restricted for: misuse, or interference with our network.

Can I share my Endless plan allocations: data, SMS and minutes?

The Business Team Endless Mobile plan is a stand-alone plan so Endless Companion plans can't be added to this plan; therefore, no plan allocations can be shared with any other user. Prohibited use of tethering and hotspots also means that sharing data via these means is restricted, unless you purchase a Hotspot extra or if hotspot data is included in your plan.

What if a term customer wants to transfer to the Spark Business Team Endless Mobile plan?

Business customers who have a minimum term and want to move to any open term plan, including Spark Business Team Endless Mobile Plan, will have to pay disconnection fees before connecting to an open term plan. Refer to our Schedule of Disconnection Fees and Termination Charges.
