Access to Spark app
The Spark app is free to download. Use of some features in the app may incur data charges.

You can sign in to the Spark app using the email address and password you signed up for MySpark with. If you sign in using your email address you'll see information for all the accounts you have with the mobile numbers under it.

If you sign in via your mobile number, you'll only see information related to that number only.

Usage Meters
Usage meters do not show your usage in real time. They are updated approximately every hour and, under normal conditions, will accurately reflect up to 2 hours earlier. However, in some circumstances, such as the period between midnight and 6am, it may take longer for your usage meters to be updated, and they will accurately reflect usage up to 6 hours earlier.

Pay Monthly Roaming Voice billing relies on the billing files to be sent from the carrier partner and processed by our billing systems, as such Pay Monthly Roaming Voice usage meters and alerts can be 3 to 4 days behind. We encourage you to track your call usage using the call record feature in your mobile, and ensure you have a second roaming pack purchased as back up if you intend to make or receive a lot of calls.

Paying your Spark bill by Credit Card
All one-off credit or charge card bill payments will incur a surcharge that covers the cost of processing these payments.

The fee is 3% of your payment for MasterCard and Visa or 2% for Diners and American Express. This will appear on your credit card/bank statement 'Payment Card Surcharge' as a separate transaction.

Prepaid top-ups & online store purchases will not incur this surcharge.
