Who can get this offer

Subject to the exclusions and requirements below, this offer is available to new and existing Spark business customers who sign up on or before 30 April 2020, or are currently signed up, for one of the following Unlimited Business mobile plans. 


Eligible plans:

  • $69.56 Unlimited Mobile Plan
  • $86.95 Unlimited Group Plan
  • $26.08 Unlimited Companion Plan
  • $45 Business Team Unlimited Open Term Plan
  • $65 Business Team Unlimited 24 Month Plan

Period of availability

This offer is available between 11 February 2020 and 30 April 2020. Xero promo codes must be redeemed by 8 May 2020.  The consultation must be used by 30 June 2020.

Exclusions 

This offer is not available to:

  • Corporate or enterprise customers
  • Franchise and affiliate business customers
  • Any existing Xero Premium plan with both Xero Payroll and Xero Projects

What you get

A one-hour personalised consultation with a Xero business specialist over a video call.

 
      Note:
  • Xero business specialists are available for video call consultations.
  • Due to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation, in person consultations are no longer available from 17 March 2020. This is to protect the health and safety of our customers, Xero consultants, and Spark employees.
  • Booking availability is limited to the times and dates displayed in the booking calendar. We don't guarantee that there will be time available that suits your needs. 
  • You're entitled to one (1) consultation per Spark Business customer account. This means regardless of whether an account has one (1) Unlimited mobile line, ten (10), or 100 lines, you're eligible for one consultation. 
  • One-hour consultations are available to both existing and new Xero customers.

If you’re an existing Xero customer in New Zealand and upgrade your subscription, the three months Xero subscription charges will be covered by Spark.

Note:
  • The Xero promo code can only be redeemed by the Subscriber of the Xero subscription.
  • If you are currently using Xero, you will be eligible for this offer if you upgrade your Xero plan (Starter or Standard) or select extra add-ons (Xero Payroll and/or Xero Projects). You will then receive your upgraded Xero subscription at no cost for three months. 
  • Existing Xero customers on the Premium business subscription with both Xero Payroll and Xero Projects are unable to upgrade their Xero subscription and so are not eligible for this offer.
  • At the end of the three months, the full cost for your new upgraded Xero plan will be charged and your Xero subscription will not be automatically downgraded. If you don’t want to continue or wish to downgrade, it is your responsibility to cancel or downgrade it directly with Xero. Plan downgrade can be done once you’ve been on a plan for at least thirty days. Plan cancellation can be done at any time on thirty days notice to Xero. If you wish to downgrade your Xero plan, you can do this with thirty days notice, and any remainder of the three months free period will still apply to the downgraded plan. Go to Xero's instructions to change a pricing plan

  • Neither Spark nor Xero are liable for any fees imposed by third-parties, such as accountants or bookkeepers, relating to your Xero subscription.Please note that you'll be required to create a Xero account to use the subscription.
  • One three-month subscription waiver per Spark Business account. Regardless of whether an account has one (1) Unlimited Mobile line, ten (10), or 100 lines, you are eligible for one fee waiver.

If you aren't a Xero customer yet, the three months Xero subscription charges will be waived.

  • Once your promo code is redeemed, and you have registered with your credit card details you will receive access to your choice of one of the three Xero Subscriptions available for three months at no cost (Starter, Standard or Premium, including the option of Xero Payroll and/or Xero Projects).
  • At the end of the three months, the full cost for your Xero plan will be charged. If you don’t want to continue, it is your responsibility to cancel directly with Xero. Cancellation can be done at any time on thirty days notice to Xero.

1. Redeeming the offer

In order to receive the above benefit(s), you must redeem the promo code provided to you by Spark.

To redeem the offer:

  • The three (3) month Xero subscription offers can be redeemed by applying the promo code in the join or subscription upgrade processes on Xero’s website. 
  • The one-hour personalised Xero Consultation offer can be booked at spark.co.nz/xero.

2. Your information

By redeeming your offer voucher, you agree:

  • That your business’ contact details will be provided to Xero, and that Xero will advise Spark that your business has redeemed the offer.
  • That Spark may contact you and request feedback on this offer. 

3. General

  • If you use a third party to help manage your accounting software, such as an accountant or bookkeeper, Spark and Xero recommend you speak with them first to understand the outcomes of taking this offer.
  • The Spark promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other Xero offer or in respect of an organisation that has used any other Xero promo code in the last 31 days.
  • Neither Spark nor Xero are liable for any fee imposed by that third party to effect an upgrade that you’ve taken to get this offer.
