Fibre Broadband and Landline: Spark Residential, Broadband and Local Fibre Company terms apply. Fees apply for paper bills. Free modem and standard connection offers are subject to a 12 month minimum term contract. Early termination fee of $199 applies.  Service not guaranteed until installation is completed.  Costs apply for non-standard installation. Subject to any minimum term, 30 days’ notice is required to terminate a service.  The functioning of some services, such as medical alerts and monitored home alarms may be affected by a Fibre based landline.  Please check these services with your alarm service technician during installation. Fibre landlines will not operate during a power failure, we recommend you purchase an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) if you need continued service during an outage. 

Landline Calling: Applies to direct dial voice calls from your home phone. Calls charged minute plus minute. One minute minimum charge applies per call. Two hours maximum per call. Normal calling charges apply after 2 hours. Calling Plans are paid in addition to your monthly rental. Residential use only and excludes Quick Call, calling cards, 059, 0161, premium numbers (0900 and any international equivalent), calls made via Home 0800 or International 0800 and calls to mobiles. Naked broadband: Naked broadband is broadband without a landline. Home phone services are disabled, including calling 111 emergency services. Landline phone features such as voicemail, caller display, medical alerts, monitored home alarms, faxes, the interactive features of SKY digital or PABXs are incompatible. Naked broadband available on unlimited data home broadband packages with inbound and outbound calls disabled from the landline. 


Bundle Up Bonus:
The Bundle Up Bonus is applied to your Spark account as a $10 account credit each month and applies from the date it is applied to your Spark account. Only one Bundle Up Bonus per Spark account. If you move off an eligible plan or cancel one of your services the Bundle Up Bonus will be removed from your account without notice. Bundle Up Bonus offer excludes business plans including Total Office and Total Office Lite. Eligible mobile Pay Monthly plans are from $39.99 and above.
