12 months of Netflix on us (Unplan Entertainment Promotion Terms and Conditions)

Terms of this offer: 

  1. These terms apply to the 12 months of "Unplan Entertainment broadband for the price of Unplan" and the "Netflix on us" offers when you have both Unplan Entertainment and an eligible Spark Pay Monthly mobile plan $39.99 (“offer”).
  2. You are entitled to one offer per Spark account (that is, you cannot have more than one "Unplan Entertainment for the price of Unplan" or "Netflix on us" offer on your account).
  3. How this offer works:
    • If you already have a Spark Pay Monthly $39.99 or above mobile plan (which is currently advertised on our website) and you sign up to Unplan Entertainment on the same account after 27 August 2019 but before this offer expires, you will automatically receive this offer.
    • If you already have Unplan Entertainment (which you signed up to after 15 April 2019)* and you also sign up to a Spark Pay Monthly $39.99 or above mobile plan (which is currently advertised on our website) on the same account after 27 August 2019 but before this offer expires, you will automatically receive this offer. 
    • If you already have Unplan Entertainment (which you signed up to after 15 April 2019)* and a Spark Pay Monthly $39.99 or above mobile plan (which is currently advertised on our website) on the same account you are also eligible for this offer. Please call 123 or visit your nearest Spark store to register. 

*If you already have Unplan Entertainment, but signed up to it before 15 April 2019, you will need to upgrade to Unplan Entertainment (which includes non-stop Netflix for the life of your plan) before being eligible for this offer. All you need to do is visit MySpark, call 123 or visit your nearest Spark store to upgrade your plan.

  2. On your monthly Spark invoice, you will see the full charge for your Unplan Entertainment plan combined with a $10 Mobile and Broadband Loyalty Discount. It will take up to seven days to process your application. At the expiry of your one year of Unplan Entertainment at Unplan prices, your Mobile and Broadband Loyalty Bonus will automatically end.
  3. If you move off your eligible Spark Pay Monthly plan or your Unplan Entertainment (or both), your $10 Mobile and Broadband Loyalty Bonus will automatically end. 
  4. You will still need to pay your Pay Monthly mobile plan charges and any other charges including landline calling and monthly charges, modem shipping charges, calling plans or other Spark services.
  5. Unplan Entertainment is not available everywhere and eligibility criteria apply. If you have a fibre connection, you can receive unlimited broadband but if you have a wireless connection, restrictions apply. If you terminate your Unplan Entertainment before the expiry of your 12-month term, an early exit fee of $199 applies.   6. This offer cannot be: 
    • combined with any other Spark offer except those we expressly state you are eligible for; or
    • redeemed for cash or transferred to any other person or account.
  7. We reserve the right to change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
  8. These terms and conditions apply from the date you apply for or start receiving this offer (whichever happens first) and are in addition to our Unplan and Unplan Entertainment Terms, Netflix on Spark Plans, Lightbox on Spark plans, Mobile Postpaid Agreement Terms and Conditions and any other specific terms and conditions applying to your Plan or Account with Spark:
