These terms apply when you get Netflix through your Spark plan.
Netflix Standard is included in the following Spark plans:
Spark’s Max Wireless, Essential Fibre and Max Fibre Broadband plans ("Netflix with broadband service")
What you get
One Netflix Standard subscription is included in the Netflix with broadband service.
The offer is subject to change.
Data usage incurred from watching Netflix content online will count toward your monthly broadband or mobile data allowance.

What you need
A Netflix compatible device (manufactured and sold separately) and internet connection are required to watch Netflix.

The Netflix service is provided to you by Netflix PTE. LTD.
To enjoy the Netflix service as part of your Spark service, you'll need to activate the Netflix service by completing the Netflix activation process. You can do this by logging into your MySpark online account. If you don’t have a MySpark online account, you can set one up online. Set up a MySpark account
If you already have an existing Netflix account, you can link it to your Spark service when you activate Netflix. Netflix will continue to charge you separately for your existing Netflix account until you link that account to your Spark service. If you’re currently billed through your Apple account you will need to manually cancel your Netflix subscription. For any queries regarding your billing with Netflix for your existing Netflix account please contact Netflix directly at https://help.netflix.com/en/
If you link an existing Netflix account to your Spark service, terminating that Spark service will not automatically cancel your Netflix membership, and Netflix will automatically resume charging your existing payment method that they have on file once your Spark service ends. If you created a Netflix account when you joined Netflix with Spark, you’ll need to add a payment method to your Netflix account to continue using the service. Your account will go on hold for 30 days until you update your payment method. If you wish to review the details of your Netflix membership, please visit the "Account" pages on the Netflix website.
The Spark with Netflix service is not redeemable or refundable for cash and can't be exchanged for a Netflix gift subscription.
The Netflix service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only. They must not be shared with individuals beyond your household.
Netflix with broadband service
Duration of Netflix
You'll continue to receive the Netflix Standard (HD) Streaming plan for the duration of your broadband plan. Your Netflix entitlement will end when terminated by you (for example, you leave Spark or move to another plan), or by Spark, in accordance with the Personal Terms.
Previous Spark Netflix plans
If you signed up to a Netflix eligible broadband plan (including Unplan Entertainment with 6 or 12 months of Netflix and Lightbox included or Unlimited Broadband) on or before 14 April 2019, and Unplan Entertainment with Netflix and Lightbox included or before 6th July 2020 please refer to these retired terms. Netflix was also available on Spark’s $79.99 Endless Mobile Plan with Netflix ($69.56 excl.GST) and $99.99 Endless Group Plan with Netflix ($86.95 excl.GST) until 11 October 2021, and Spark's Unplan Netflix and Unlimited Netflix Broadband plans from 7 July 2020 to 11 October 2021. If you are on any of these plans, you continue to remain eligible for Netflix provided you stay on same plan. Your Netflix entitlement will end when terminated by you (for example, you leave Spark or move to another plan that doesn’t include Netflix), or by Spark in accordance with our Personal Terms.
