    2. You’re an existing Spark business broadband customer who upgrades your existing plan to one of the plans listed above (e.g. you move from a copper plan to a fibre plan) before 20 September 2019;

    3. You purchase a mobile device above the value of $199 on a 12, 18 or 24 month interest free term before 12 September 2019 and are on a $52.17 or above mobile Pay Monthly plan; or

    4. You purchase a mobile device above the value of $299 on a 36 month interest free term before 12 September 2019 and are on a $52.17 or above mobile Pay Monthly plan.

    5. You purchase a business mobile Pay Monthly plan on a $60.86 or above 24 month term before 12 September 2019; or

    6. You purchase a new Cloud Managed Network solution on an eligible 4G enabled device (before 20 September 2019).


  2. Each Qualifying Purchase entitles you to one 2019 Spark Sport Rugby World Cup Tournament Pass (“RWC Pass”).


  3. These terms apply alongside the service terms of your Qualifying Purchase. You can find all these terms at www.spark.co.nz/terms, including details of early termination fees where applicable, and terms regarding interest free payments. For broadband purchases where you’re upgrading your technology, you will need to sign a new 24 month contract. For mobile devices you’ll need to pay any remaining balance on the phone if you exit your plan before your interest free term ends.


  4. In order to use your RWC Pass, you will need to do the following:

    1. You’ll need to log into your MySpark online account to access your voucher details;

    2. You’ll need to create a Spark Sport account (and you’ll need a New Zealand credit card to do this) and sign up to the Spark Sport terms of use. Read Spark Sport terms

    3. You’ll need a Spark Sport compatible device and software. Find out about devices

    4. You’ll need a broadband connection. Viewing quality is subject to your internet connection.


  5. The RWC pass is a one-off voucher. It isn’t a Spark Sport monthly subscription.


  6. You can have a maximum of one Tournament Pass per Spark Sport account, and a maximum of one stream at a time.


  7. You’ll need to comply with the Spark Sport terms and conditions – these contains rules about how you use the RWC Pass (for example, you’re prohibited from charging your customers to view Spark Sport content).


  8. The RWC Pass is not redeemable or refundable for cash.


  9. If you make a Qualifying Purchase and you hadalready purchased a RWC Pass, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you paid. You’ll need to contact Spark Sport to claim this.
