U25 Pack Terms & Conditions

  • You're eligible for the U25 Pack if you're a New Zealand resident under the age of 25 years with an eligible Spark mobile plan and you do not already have the Spark Student Pack
  • You must apply for the U25 Pack in a Spark store or via spark.co.nz/u25. You must present a valid photo identification listing your birth date. We accept passports, driver's licences, 18+ cards, and valid NZ student ID cards as identification.
  • Your U25 Pack provides you with an additional 1GB data per month and unlimited Spark-to-Spark calling.
  • You must keep renewing your pack or plan to remain eligible for the U25 Pack
  • Spark will apply the additional data and calling every billing cycle for up to 12 months
  • Your U25 Pack data and minutes allocations do not rollover and cannot be used while roaming overseas
  • Bonus data and calling applied every billing cycle for up to 12 months
  • Your U25 Pack's unlimited Spark to Spark minutes exclude premium and special numbers and can't be used for: 
    • multiple simultaneous calling
    • re-supply
    • call centre usage
    • telemarketing
    • bulk messaging
    • application-to-person communication
    • continuously call forwarding
    • auto-dialling
    • machine to machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other device)
    • Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs)
    • any other activity that Spark considers to be non-standard personal usage
  • You can only add one U25 Pack to each Spark mobile number

  • We use this information to verify that you are under 25 years of age, or that you are a current student, and may use it to personalise marketing and/or service messages delivered to you. If you wish to opt-out of marketing text messages, you can reply ‘stop' to any Spark marketing text message. You can opt-out of Spark marketing email messages using MySpark.
