ANZ View Bills service - Terms and Conditions

When you connect Spark as a Biller for the ANZ View Bills service, you agree to be bound by these terms, and the ANZ View Bills terms and conditions

1. Approve access

When approving a connection request from ANZ for the View Bills service, you authorise the sharing of your Spark ID and Spark bill information for the associated Spark ID within ANZ goMoney.

2. Your Spark bill information

  • Spark bill information for all accounts your Spark ID has owner access to is shared with ANZ for the View Bills service.
  • This bill information is shared on your Spark bill date each month, is viewable whenever you log into ANZ goMoney, and includes:
    • Bill date: the date your bill is issued.
    • Amount: the balance of your Spark account at the time your bill is issued.
    • Due date: the date you need to pay your bill.
  • This is the only information that you'll be able to see within ANZ goMoney – you’ll need to see your Spark bill for full details of your bill, such as a breakdown of your charges.
  • This bill information is shared only while the View Bills service is connected with ANZ goMoney.
  • You can see your Spark bill on your existing MySpark account, or paper bill, depending on how you receive your Spark bill.
  • A link to your Spark digital bill is embedded into ANZ goMoney as part of the View Bills service. Authentication is required to access the Spark digital bill, using your existing MySpark login credentials.

3. Paying your Spark bill

Spark bills currently paid by automatic recurring payments will not change after connecting Spark as a Biller for the ANZ View Bills service.

4. Decline access

  • You can decline a connection request from ANZ for the View Bills service within 24 hours of a connection request being made.
  • Pending connection requests that are not approved will expire after this 24 hour period and Spark bill information will not be shared.

5. Remove access

  • You can remove access to the View Bills service at any time.  This can be done through the ANZ goMoney app, or within the Bill Preferences section of MySpark.
  • Spark bill information previously shared with ANZ for the View Bills service will still be accessible in ANZ goMoney after access is removed, as this Spark bill information was previously approved.

7. Privacy

  • Your bill information is not shared with any party other than ANZ.

8. Suspending or ending Spark as a Biller for the ANZ View Bills service

We may suspend or end access to your Spark bill information in ANZ goMoney as part of the ANZ View Bills service if our agreement with ANZ ends. We will provide advance notice should we suspend or end access.

9. Notice of changes and acceptance

We may change these Spark terms and conditions for the ANZ View Bills service at any time. We will notify you of any changes to these terms.
