Portable Broadband $15 monthly account credit terms

When Spark Sport and Sky Sport Now billing is added to your Spark mobile or broadband account, we both agree to these Terms. That includes any updates made along the way.

  1. This offer is for a $15 (incl GST) monthly account credit for 12 consecutive months, and is available for new and existing Spark customers who sign up for the Portable Broadband plan after 25.11.2021
  2. You must remain on the Portable Broadband plan to continue getting the credit. You will lose this credit if you or Spark cancel or change your Portable Broadband plan.
  3. Offer expires 4 March 2022.
  4. Spark modem connected to mains power required, costs $106.20 or available on IFP.
  5. Consumer and Business customers only. Corporate and Enterprise customers are not eligible for this offer.
  6. New and Existing Spark customers are eligible for this offer.
  7. The account credit will be applied from the date your Spark Portable Wireless broadband is connected.
  8. You cannot exchange the credit or transfer the credit to any other person or account.
  9. Spark’s credit criteria apply.
  10. Spark’s wireless broadband is not available everywhere, broadband speeds vary, data caps and Portable Broadband terms apply.
  11. To sign up to a Portable Broadband plan and receive the credit, you must contact our call centre, message us or visit a Spark store.
 
Important information about modems
  1. Modem not included, but can be purchased from Spark at an additional cost. If you purchase a modem from Spark, it may not be compatible with Spark’s other broadband services or other broadband providers’ services. Interest-free payments are available. Terms apply. See interest-free options
  2. Outstanding interest-free payments must be paid in full if you leave Spark or change to a broadband technology where interest-free payments are not available.
  3. Modem postage and handling fee applies.
  4.  You may only use a Spark Wireless Broadband modem to receive the service.
  5. You can bring an existing Spark Wireless modem.
