Service description

Home Wireless Landline is a landline only service for residential customers.

It connects your home to our network via a 4G wireless connection to your house. The Home Wireless Landline runs on the Spark 4G network.

We have one Home Wireless Landline plan. This package comes with a landline and a phone number. The landline connects you to the public phone network so you can make local, national, international and mobile calls from your landline.

Availability

Home Wireless Landline may be offered in certain areas within the Spark 4G coverage area.

Service charges

Home Wireless Landline – open term

This package comes with a landline, free local calling and a free Connector feature pack.  

We do charge for national, international and mobile calls, but have a range of calling plans to suit most people.

You also receive a Huawei modem and two Uniden phones as part of the plan.

Minimum contract period

The Home Wireless Landline – open term plan has no fixed term contract period.

Early termination fee

You can leave the The Home Wireless Landline – open term plan at any time without incurring early termination fees.

Notice period

If you want to cancel your landline service, you'll need to give us 30 days’ notice.

Disputes

Spark is a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme.
