Spark standard delivery
Free nationwide delivery is available for all orders, excluding modems.
When your order is confirmed and dispatched, we'll send you an email to confirm your delivery information and include your CourierPost Track and Trace number.
Our partner CourierPost will deliver your order in 1–3 working days. Rural addresses can take up to five working days. CourierPost deliver to any street, rural address or PO Box in New Zealand. CourierPost always ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order, they'll leave a Card to Call.

Click & Collect allows you to purchase online and collect from a Spark store of your choice.
How to purchase using Click & Collect
Please check the closing hours of your selected store. You must collect your order one hour prior to the store closure.
Note: Not all products are available for Click & Collect. You can check whether an item is available for Click & Collect and from which stores on the product page.
Collecting your order using Click & Collect
To collect your product you will need to show one of the following forms of ID:
To keep your order safe, we'll only release your order to you. The only exception to this is if you've told us when you made the order the name of the person authorised on your account who will be picking up on your behalf. To authorise someone on your account, please contact us on 123. If we are unable to confirm their authority on the account, we will not be releasing your order to them.
You can select the store you would like to collect from when you check out. The store will be in contact with you as soon as possible, and they'll also get in touch if they need more information from you.
This policy applies to purchases made from Spark online or through a Spark Call Centre. If you wish to return a purchase made in store, or via Click & Collect, please enquire at one of our Spark stores. Select Store finder to locate a store. Store finder
This returns policy comes into effect at the end of your purchase call, or online purchase journey.
Further to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other New Zealand legislation, if you change your mind regarding this purchase, you may initiate a return by calling Spark on 0800 800 123.
You can receive a refund on your return, provided all of the following criteria are met:
If you are considering whether to return your item, and you haven't opened it, you have the option of visiting one of our stores where you can view the item more closely.
If any usage is made from a SIM you have purchased, an early termination fee or repayment of mobile phone subsidy may be applied to cancel this purchase. Our terms and conditions will be delivered with your new device and/or SIM.

Faulty items
In accordance with your rights under the Consumers Guarantee Act, if a product is faulty, Spark will assess whether the item should be repaired, replaced or refunded.
