If you use your card for automatic top ups and/or automatic renewals, we'll save the card details in our systems to allow for future use with Spark.
Auto Renew will only take payment from your nominated debit or credit card, not your prepaid credit balance.
If your Auto Renew card payment fails your pack or extra will be put on hold for a five day grace period. You'll need to top up with enough credit to complete the purchase of your pack or extra. Once you've successfully topped up your pack or extra will automatically renew. To ensure your next renewal is successful, you can leave the same card details or set up a new card in MySpark or the app. After the five day grace period, the pack or extra will expire and you'll need to buy a new one and set up a new Auto Renew.
Automatic renewal with internet banking (POLi) or voucher:
If your balance is not enough to pay for your pack or extra, it will be put on hold for a five day grace period. You'll need to top up with enough credit to complete the purchase of your pack or extra. Once you've successfully topped up your pack or extra will automatically renew. After the five day grace period, the pack or extra will expire and you'll need to buy a new one and set up a new Auto Renew.
