Business Time Terms and Conditions

  1. Business Time pricing plans include Business Time and Business Time+Mobile calling plans as advertised. Business Time Quick Call is also available. For information on our Business Time Quick Call plan please call us on 126 to talk to one of our business representatives.
  2. Spark’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Business Customers apply to the services covered by our Business Time plans. If there is any inconsistency between any of the Spark Standard Terms and Conditions for Business Customers and these Business Time Terms and Conditions, then these Business Time Terms will prevail.
  3. The Business Time pricing plans are only available on business lines (excluding Global Office, Business Optimiser and DVA) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other calling packages/rates/discounts or Spark’s Platinum Programme.
  4. Business Time plans have a 24 month minimum contract commitment and a $176.89 (excl. GST) early termination fee per Business Time line.
  5. Call Charges:
    • BusinessTime calling rates only apply to direct dial calls from the BusinessTime landline and except where expressly stated rates exclude calls to mobile;
    • For capped calling rates the per minute rate applies before the cap is reached and after 60 minutes.
    • Capped calls do not apply to local calls.
  6. To be eligible for BusinessTime you need to have all of your direct dial calling and business lines with Spark on a Business Time plan. If you transfer any of your business landlines or direct dial calling to another provider or move any of your landlines off a BusinessTime plan, all of your remaining business landline rental and calling rates will revert to our standard rates set out in Spark’s List of Charges.
  7. BusinessTime+Mobile is only available if you have all of your business mobiles with Spark connected under the same customer number as your BusinessTime landlines. If you transfer any of your business mobiles to another provider your business landline rental and calling rates will revert to our standard BusinessTime rates.
  8. BusinessTime Add-Ons:
    • If you are on Business Time you can pay an additional $4 per month on any of your Business Time landlines and receive Call Minder;
    • For an additional monthly subscripton you can subscribe to our Call Diversion service. If you are on an eligible exchange (61E), a 50c call diversion cap applies for calls of up to an hour which are diverted from your Business Time landline to a Spark mobile. If you’re not on an eligible exchange (61E) a $1 call diversion cap applies for calls up to an hour which are diverted from your Business Time landline to a Spark mobile.
  9. There is no charge for customers moving from an existing Spark contract to any of the Business Time pricing plans. Any charges associated with disconnecting from an alternative provider are your responsibility.
  10. Spark business mobiles on one of our eligible mobile plans connected under the same customer number as your Business Time landlines receive a $1 capped calling rate for person to person national calls of up to an hour which are made directly from that mobile to another Spark mobile or Spark landline within New Zealand. This calling cap does not apply while roaming overseas and if you have included minutes under your plan, those minutes will be used first, before the $1 cap is applied. All other calls are excluded including calls to other mobile networks, special and premium rate numbers, international, voicemail retrieval and data calls.
  11. Quoted charges and rates are + GST.

 

Call Minder Terms and Conditions

Call Minder requires a touchtone phone and is available in most areas.

Spark requires 30 days notice of cancellation of Call Minder. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period (there will be some exceptions).
