Terms and conditions

We’re excited about our partnership with ETNZ, which lets Spark give extra value to ETNZ and participating teams' staff. Read below to find out what’s included and what you need to know.

Eligible plans

ETNZ and participating teams' staff may choose one of the following exclusive Spark mobile deals:

Things to know

1. All prices include GST.
2. Rollover data is capped at a total of 3.5GB and 500 minutes per month.
3. Minutes can be used for standard New Zealand and Australia numbers (excluding 0900 numbers).
4. These offers are valid for ETNZ staff only plus six additional persons. New connections are required to create a new account. Each account can have up to seven plans, one for the staff member and six for guests. A single connection includes one plan only with each subsequent connection requiring its own plan.
5. Offer prices are based on current Spark rollover plans. Any updates to in-market plans will affect the availability of any new offers.
6. The data, talk, text, and “Get more” inclusions for these Rollover plans are the same as those for the plans advertised on the Spark website, except for Lightbox, which isn’t part of this offer but is available with our standard Rollover plans.
7. Rollover plans for ETNZ and participating teams' staff are also subject to our standard Mobile and Wireless terms. Mobile and Wireless Terms
8. Discounts are only applicable while employed by ETNZ and participating teams.

Contracts, plan upgrades and downgrades

1. ETNZ and participating teams' staff who are already on an existing Spark mobile contract are not eligible for this offer until their current mobile contract term has expired, unless it is an open term contract.
2. You can’t downgrade the plan within the first 12 months following activation.
3. You can upgrade your plan. After upgrading the plan, no downgrades are allowed for 12 months.
