  • The promoter of this competition is Spark New Zealand Trading Limited (“Spark”).
  • We may change the prize and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • Where the law allows, we are not liable to you in connection with this competition.
  • Our decisions are final and no communication will be entered into.
  • We may decide on the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize.
  • We may cancel the competition at any time and without notice.

Who can enter and when

This competition is only open to those residing in New Zealand at the time of the competition.

This competition is not open to:

  • Anyone who works for Spark including agents, contractors and consultants, or their families.
  • Anyone else helping with this competition.
  • This competition starts at 9am 11 February 2021 and ends at 11:59pm 23 February 2021.

Entry specifications

  • Only one entry per person. Extra entries are invalid.
  • All valid entries received by 11:59pm 23 February 2021 will go into the draw.
  • We aren't responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
  • This includes any problems or technical issues which may delay or fail to put you in the draw.

Judging and announcing of winners

  • We will draw winners at random and contact them in person/by phone and/or email between  24 February 2021 and 26 February 2021.
  • The winner will receive a double pass to the Joseph Parker v Junior Fa fight at Spark Arena on Saturday 27 February 2021.
  • The winner will also receive access to the S Lounge at this event.
  • We aren't responsible for the enjoyment of any prize.
  • We aren't responsible for any extra costs of the prize.
  • We will deliver prizes by courier.
  • We may contact winners and deliver prizes by other means.
  • We will try to contact the winner within a reasonable time (as determined by us).
  • If we can't contact the winner, the prize will be redrawn.
  • If the winner can’t be contacted or receive the prize under the terms and conditions, within three days from the first time of contact, the prize will be redrawn without liability to anyone.

Prizes

  • There is 1x prize of two tickets to the Joseph Parker v Junior Fa fight at Spark Arena on Saturday 17 February 2021.
  • The prize can't be transferred or exchanged.
  • The prize can't be redeemed for cash.
  • We aren't responsible for lost or ruined prizes.
  • We can't warrant the quality of the prize.

Privacy

  • We hold any personal information from this competition under our privacy policy.
  • You may access, update and correct it.
  • The winner agrees to let us use their name, city/town, competition entry and/or photos without compensation.

Exclusion

This competition is only open to Spark customers who reside in New Zealand at the time of the competition.
