Samsung A Series – Win A Volkswagen Grand California Campervan or Polestar 2 Electric Vehicle ("Competition")

1. Spark New Zealand Trading Limited ("Spark") is the promoter of the Competition which runs between 02/11/2021 and ends at 11:59 pm on 03/01/2022 ("Competition Period").

2. By accepting the prize (if you win) or otherwise participating in the Competition, you accept these competition terms ("Terms").

Eligibility

3. The Competition is open to New Zealand residents that are 18 plus who do not work with Spark, help with the Competition or are their families.

Entry and entry requirements

4. You need to purchase a Samsung Galaxy A03, A12, A22 5G, A32 5G, A52s 5G or A72 ("Device") from a Spark retail store or Spark.co.nz during the Competition Period and keep proof of your Device purchase.

5. Each time you purchase a Device during the Competition Period, you will receive one entry into the prize draw. You will be automatically entered in the prize draw, but if you’re buying the Device outright (rather than on your Spark account), we may require you to confirm your name and contact details at the time of sale in order to enter you in the draw.

Winners

6. The winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries on or before 14/01/2022. Spark will try to contact you by phone or email, and we may try contact you by other means.

7. Spark may choose a new winners if it cannot contact a winner, or the winner does not respond within 5 days of Spark first attempting to make contact. Spark is not liable if it reselects a winner.

Prizes

8. There is one (1) prize consisting of the following:

(a) either a Volkswagen Grand California 600 Campervan (RRP $159,000) or a Polestar 2 Long Range Dual Motor with metallic paint, Pilot, Performance and Plus packs (RRP $104,100);
(b) on road costs; and
(c) full factory warranty.
(the "Prize"). If you are the winner, you may select your preferred vehicle.


9. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless Spark says so. Spark makes no warranties about prizes and you are responsible for enjoyment of your Prize if you win and any costs, losses or damages related to it. The Prize will be delivered within a reasonable timeframe (estimated to be by Friday, 28 January 2022 subject to colour availability). You’re responsible for insuring the Prize, and Spark is not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged after you have collected it.

Liability

10. Spark, its related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable to you in relation to the Competition where the law allows it. You may have rights including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

11. Spark is not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries (or any technical issue or problem that results in a delay or failure to enter the Competition) if that issue is caused by you, another person or is outside Spark’s reasonable control.

Intellectual property, privacy [and Facebook]

12. You grant Spark a perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free and irrevocable licence to reproduce, use, publish, modify or adapt your entry and its content (including text, images, photos and videos) for any purpose, free of charge. You agree to waive your moral rights in the entry and its content.

13. You agree that Spark and Competition partners can use your name, contact details, entry and photograph for Competition or marketing purposes free of charge if you win.

14. Spark's privacy policy explains how it handles personal information you give to us which may include disclosing it to Competition partners. You have the right to access, update and correct such information. Please contact us.

General

15. Spark may change the Terms or Prize, or change or stop the Competition, without notice to you. This includes changes outside Spark's reasonable control.

16. Spark's decision on Competition matters are final. No communication will be entered into.

17. Spark may check the validity of any entries or winners and disqualify them. You agree to verify your identity if Spark reasonably requests it.

18. Using automated processes to repeatedly enter is not allowed.
