Do users need to have my business email?
No, our alerts can be delivered to any email address. To make sure they don't land in the Spam folder add alerts@iot.spark.co.nz to your safe addresses list.
Do users need to be on Spark mobile to receive alert notifications?
Our TXT alerts can be delivered to any New Zealand mobile number.
Do I get charged for the TXT alert messages?
Unless your contract states otherwise, TXT alerts are included in your plan, subject to Fair Use Policy.
I’m receiving too many alerts
You can ask your Admin to remove you from some of the alerts, or change the alert settings:
- Change the alert threshold to reduce how often it’s being triggered
- Change the alert operational time
- Temporarily disable the alert
