FAQ: Alerts

No, our alerts can be delivered to any email address. To make sure they don't land in the Spam folder add to your safe addresses list.

Our TXT alerts can be delivered to any New Zealand mobile number.

Unless your contract states otherwise, TXT alerts are included in your plan, subject to Fair Use Policy.

You can ask your Admin to remove you from some of the alerts, or change the alert settings:

  • Change the alert threshold to reduce how often it’s being triggered
  • Change the alert operational time
  • Temporarily disable the alert
