FAQ: Billing

Your monthly subscription is charged in advance for each device and appears on your monthly Spark invoice. If you change the number of subscriptions (add or remove devices) part-month charges will apply.

You may have bought more devices than you have connected to IoT Bridge. Contact your Spark Customer Success Lead or your Spark Business Hub to review your purchase history.

Your monthly subscription charge per device may reduce as you add more devices, including some devices that you can connect free of charge. The total monthly charge is based on the total number of devices you have connected, and the respective volume tiers.
