Please configure

IoT Bridge: User management

  1. Log in to IoT Bridge and click on My Account on the bottom left.
  2. Click on Profile.
  3. Review details. To update click “Edit”.
  4. Update details and click “Next”.
  5. Review the details and click “Confirm” (click “Edit” if you need to change the details).
  6. All done.
  1. Log in to IoT Bridge and click on Accounts in the menu on the left.
  2. Click “Add new”, select if your new user is an Admin or a Contact and fill out the new user’s details and click “Next”.
  3. Review the details and click “Confirm” (click “Edit” if you need to change the details).
  4. All done.

If a new user hasn’t responded to the invite and hasn’t registered on IoT Bridge, you can resend the registration link:

  1. Log in to IoT Bridge and click on Accounts in the menu on the left.
  2. Find the user by typing their name in the search box. Users who haven’t yet registered have an “INVITED” tag next to their name.
  3. Click on the user to open the Edit user page.
  4. Click the “Resend invite” button in the top right corner.
  5. All done.
