Got Pay Monthly? Your data cap helps you keep control of your costs


Access to mobile data has stopped because you’ve used your data allowance. This may happen either when you are in New Zealand or while you are roaming overseas.

So you can keep accessing mobile data, you can change your data cap anytime for free.

Roaming Data Cap while overseas

To increase your Roaming Data Cap, which controls chargeable data accessed while you are overseas, visit m.spark.co.nz/rsc

If you make changes to your cap limit, restart your data session for the new cap limit to take effect immediately. You can do this by restarting your device or going into Flight Mode for 90 seconds.

Data Cap while overseas
