All Spark broadband or Mobile Broadband plans are eligible to get an Xtra Mail account for free until 15 May 2024. From 16 May 2024, Xtra Mail will cost $5.95/month for Spark broadband or Mobile broadband customers. For customers without Spark broadband or Mobile Broadband services, Xtra Mail will be $9.95/month.

If you're not a Spark broadband customer but you have an Xtra Mail address that you'd like to keep or reactivate, you can get Xtra Mail for $5.95/month until the 15 May 2024. Please see below for pricing from 16 May 2024 (depending on your service with and without Spark).

All Spark Pay Monthly mobile and landline customers can add Xtra Mail for $5.95/month (price remains the same after 16 May 2024).

All Prepaid and non-Spark customers who currently have an Xtra Mail account will be charged a $5.95/month. This price will increase to $9.95/month from 16 May 2024.

You cannot buy Xtra Mail on its own.
