The sure way to stop anyone making chargeable calls from your home. We have a range of options to stop any of these calls being made, including charge calls and calls to mobiles.
0900 Call Blocking
With 0900 Call Blocking you can stop some or all 0900 calls, except calls to Government voting numbers, being made from your home phone.
Call Restriction
With Call Restriction you can manage the calls outside your local calling area 0900 services or calls to mobiles from your home phone.
When you have Call Restriction activated, no-one can make chargeable calls from your phone.
Permanent Toll Bar
If you're sure that you don't want chargeable calls made from your home phone, a Permanent Toll Bar is the sure way to take complete control. It stops all such calls being made (including charge calls from other phone providers).

0900 Call Blocking
Spark requires 30 days notice of cancellation of this service. Please note that in some cases this service may not be available or is limited due to network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services.
Call Restriction
Call Restriction requires a touchtone phone and is available in most areas.
Spark requires 30 days’ notice of cancellation of this Smartphone service. This means the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you cancel your service, even if it is disconnected within that period.
Please note that in some cases this service may not be available or is limited due to network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services.
If you have calling options on your line like Talk It Up or Weekend National, and you want to take full advantage of these services, Call Restriction will need to be turned off.
When Call Restriction is turned on, it does not restrict the receiving of Collect Calls.
Permanent Toll Bar
If you do get a Permanent Toll Bar, it's locked in all the way back at the exchange, so it can't be switched off and on from home. Instead, you will need to contact us on 0800 800 123 to turn your Toll Bar off and to turn it back on again.
To install Permanent Toll Bar, there's an installation fee of $50. There are no ongoing charges.
Please note that in some cases this service may not be available or is limited due to network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services.
Permanent Toll Bar does not stop collect or transfer charge calls, and you cannot have Permanent Toll Bar and Call Restriction on the same line.
If you are making a 3 Way Call, the outgoing calls cannot be toll calls.
If you have Call Diversion, the number you divert a call to cannot be a toll call.
You can have only one type of toll bar and/or Call Restriction.
