The Nitty Gritty

When you hide your number, the person you call will see a message like 'Caller ID blocked'.

There are two ways you can use it:

Per Call - Just dial 0197 before you dial a number (or 197 if the number you are calling from has a toll bar).

Automatic - your number gets hidden automatically on all your calls. You will need to contact us to get this set up, but it’s also easy to override this whenever you want. Dial - 0196 (or 196 if the number you are calling from has a toll bar) before the number and then your number will no longer be hidden.

Worth noting: even if you hide your number it will still be displayed to 111 emergency services and our operators.
