Auto Top Up lets you choose a top up amount to be automatically paid from your debit or credit card. Either every four weeks from a chosen date or when your balance gets to an amount that you have set.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the Spark app or go online at MySpark and look under “Top up"
2. Select “Auto Top Up”
3. Choose an amount to top up
4. Choose your Auto Top Up - either on a particular day each month, every four weeks or when your balance gets below a specific amount
5. Set up your debit or credit card
6. We’ll sort your top up

Auto renew is a bit like Auto Top Up, but for Extras and Value packs. Just set up a debit or credit card, then we’ll top up your balance automatically to cover any extras or Value packs.

Here’s how it works:

1. Download the Spark app or go online at MySpark and click on ‘Buy extras’
2. Choose any Value pack or extras you want
3. Select “Buy this extra and set up auto renew”
4. Set up your debit or credit card
5. We’ll take it from there

If you’ve already got a Value pack or Extras you want to set up on Auto Renew, just go to MySpark, click on “My Plan and extras” and hit “Set Auto Renew”.

Note: If your Auto Renew card payment fails your Value Pack or Extra will be put on hold for five days. You'll need to top up to complete the purchase of your Value Pack or Extra.
