Any top-up credit needs to be used within twelve months otherwise it will expire. You’ll also need to make sure you top up at least once every twelve months to avoid your Prepaid account being deactivated.
Top Up vouchers have an expiry date so please make sure you top up before that date.
If your Auto Renew card payment fails your Value Pack or Extra will be put on hold for five days. You'll need to top up to complete the purchase of your Value Pack or Extra.
