Yep. You can change it once a month and there's no fee if you're switching to a more expensive plan. But if you're on a 12-month contract and you decide to downgrade plans within the first 12 months you will need to pay a fee. Call us on 123 to find out more about downgrading your plan.

No you don't. If you're already on a contract, whatever time you have left on it will still apply after you switch plans. And if your contract is up - or you're on one of our open term plans - just choose a new open term plan.
