Once you've set up your Spark Smart Modem and Spark Smart Mesh, let us know within one month of purchase if you're not getting great WiFi coverage. We'll then work with you for up to 30 days to optimise your WiFi coverage. This may include helping to troubleshoot problems with your setup at home and sending you extra Smart Mesh units if needed.  

If we haven't managed to get your WiFi coverage working great after 30 days, let us know and we'll give you a $100 credit on your Spark Broadband account.

The one month In-Home WiFi Coverage Guarantee applies to WiFi coverage within your main household dwelling. It doesn't apply to additional buildings or detached units on the property, such as sleepouts or detached garages.

  1. The Complete Home WiFi offer is available to customers who join Spark broadband and purchase a new Spark Smart Modem (V9517) or existing customers who buy a new Spark Smart Modem.
  2. The Complete Home WiFi offer must be requested at the time of modem purchase and is not available online or via unassisted journeys.
  3. It’s only available on the following Spark Broadband plans:
    • Unplan Fibre 100, Unplan Netflix Fibre 100, Unplan Fibre 100 with Landline, Unplan Fibre 100 Netflix with Landline
    • Unplan Fibre Max, Unplan Netflix Fibre Max, Unplan Fibre Max with Landline, Unplan Netflix Fibre Max with Landline
  4. You can only have one Complete Home WiFi offer per account.
  5. WiFi coverage can be affected by network conditions, limitations of your devices and accessories, and environmental factors including appliances, building materials and location in the house.
  6. Complete Home WiFi is only available to home broadband users on a personal Spark account for personal purposes in a residential property. It’s not available to business accounts.
  7. The one month In-Home WiFi Coverage Guarantee only applies to coverage within your main household premise. It does not apply to additional buildings or detached units on the property.
  8. The Complete Home WiFi offer includes:
    • One Spark Smart Mesh
    • One month In-Home WiFi Coverage Guarantee
  9. The In-Home WiFi Coverage Guarantee only applies when your Spark Smart Modem is connected to the internet and does not cover faults with your broadband service.
  10. You must contact Spark within one month of purchasing your Spark Smart Modem and Spark Smart Mesh to let us know if you're having WiFi coverage problems, in order to activate your In-Home WiFi Coverage Guarantee and receive 30 days of Spark support to optimise your coverage.
  11. Our one month In-Home Wifi Coverage Guarantee means that if the Spark Smart Mesh doesn’t give you a reliable WiFi signal throughout your home (main household premise only), you can contact us within one month of purchase and we’ll work with you for 30 days to fix it. If you’re still not getting full coverage, we will give you a $100 account credit to your Spark Broadband account. 
  12. To claim your $100 credit, you must:
    • Have contacted Spark within one month of purchase to let us know you have a WiFi coverage issue;
    • Work with us for up to 30 days to attempt to solve your in-home coverage issue;
    • Be using any Spark Smart Mesh products Spark has given you as part of the Complete Home WiFi offer and guarantee.
