One of our Spark advisors can come to your house and set up your in-home connectivity. We'll connect your modem and devices to the internet, plus help you set up your MySpark account. We can also optimise your WiFi coverage and get your streaming services up and running. You'll be video calling friends and family or watching TV and sport over the internet in no time.
You'll need to have connected your broadband service and any home wiring you need first.

We request the working area within your home to be free of hazards with a clear passageway to connection points. You can ensure this by checking the modem and telephone area is free of hazards, and by securing all pets prior to our employee's arrival.
Please note that if our employee is unable to carry out tasks safely, we may reschedule the appointment after you have confirmed the hazards have been removed.
