A Wireless landline service is available for an additional $10* per month with most of our Wireless Broadband plans. It will enable you to use your landline in much the same way as you did before. 

Some equipment that uses copper landline connections may not work with a wireless landline.

Let us know if you have any of this equipment.

This includes: 

• Monitored home alarms
• Monitored medical alarms
• Fax machines
• Special phones, (this includes phones for the hearing and sight impared, and phones used by people with other disabilities or conditions.)

• A new wireless landline service won't work in a power cut. We recommend having a charged mobile phone handy for emergencies.
• Third-party call cards and calls through other providers won't work in the same way. You'll need to make any toll calls through Spark. You can check the plans and pricing online. Alternatively, you can make calls using mobile data or WiFi with free apps like Skype or WhatsApp.
