No, you must enrol for the Gold plan at a Spark retail store or by calling 0800 465 365.
Who is eligible for the Spark Gold plans?
All existing and new Spark Pay Monthly customers who are 65 years of age or older are eligible for Spark Gold plans. Proof of age is required.
New customers can sign up at their local Spark store with government-issued photo ID. Existing customers can sign up by visiting a local Spark retail store or calling 0800 465 365.
What ID does Spark accept to prove age?
We accept valid government-issued IDs such as driver licences, passports and citizen cards. For existing customers calling in to customer services, we will validate based on the date of birth we have on record from when you initially set up your account.
Do you require both people on the account to be over 65 if they're signing up for Gold plans?
No, we don’t require both people on the account to be over 65. To sign up for the Gold 2 x unlimited plan, only the primary account holder must prove their eligibility.
