Can I purchase more than one $129 Endless Travel Pack at a time to get more than 100GB of full speed data?
No, you can only have one Travel Pack. Based on how much data our Prepaid customers usually use, one Travel Pack should be enough for most people while they are here in New Zealand.
If you run out of data before your Travel Pack expires, you can add one of our other extras or Prepaid value packs.
I’ve used all 100GB of full speed data in my Endless Travel Pack, and have now purchased more data. Why are my speeds still slowed down?
Sometimes you won't get high speeds back immediately. To speed things up, try one of the following to refresh your connection to our network:
- Turn on your phone's Airplane mode or Flight mode. Wait a few seconds, then turn Airplane or Flight mode off again.
- Power off your phone and power it back on again.
